DCA Radiologist 560. 736. 3227 ext 0, have them paged. Patients who cannot tolerate contrast due to renal disease are w/ without IV, patient should have oral for CT Abd/Pelvis. Diabetic patients taking Glucophage, Glucovance, Metformis or Avandamed: These patient must stop these medications the day of the procedure and for 48 hours following the exam. After completion of the CT, the patient should hydrate.
